REGISTRATION INFORMATION
You are registered when we have received your completed
registration form and payment in full. Registrations may be transferred to someone of the same
sex but will not be refunded. Late registrations have no guarantee
of receiving a camp shirt and may lose preferred
housing assignments.

Camp check-in time:2:00 - 4:00PM, Monday

NOTE: Camp is Monday to Thursday!
What to Bring:
- Sleeping bag
- pillow
- towels
- personal care items
- Bible
- notebook
- pen/pencil
- insect repellent
- flashlight

- Bring money for snack shack and
for special offerings. The camp staff will securely hold
any amount over $20.00 until needed.
- Bring clothes for:
- sleeping
- recreation
- rain gear
- old water-play shoes
- old clothes for messy play
- swimwear. Girls must wear
modest one-piece swimsuits or cover with a T-shirt.

What Not to
Bring:
In effort to focus on God during the week, we would ask that you do not bring these items.
- No radios, boom boxes, personal c.d., ipod or mp3 players
- Snacks from home should be sealed in airtight containers
Insurance: Cedar
Springs Camp has accident insurance supplemental to a
participant’s own health insurance. Our insurance
covers medical expenses of injuries that result
from accidents occurring while at one of our events.
Should you need to file a claim, please do so
with your company first. Our insurance company
will cover the balance up to the limits of our policy.
Medication: All
medications must be in original containers.
Each container must list:
- the recipient’s name
- the name
of the drug
original orders
- dosages
- dates
- directions for
use
- specifics for special
storage.
- All medications including over the counter
meds are to be kept and administered by
the camp health personnel while at camp.
